Nex·U·® U·tank

The Nex·U·® U·tank module provides real-time inventory control for workshop fluid tanks, ensuring inventory is managed effectively and preventing issues such as running out of fluid or tank overflow. This system is capable of monitoring and controlling up to two tanks using digital or analog level gauges.

  • One analog input per tank for pressure probes (4-20 mA or 0-10V).
  • Three digital inputs per tank for low, intermediate, or high-level probes (manual adjustments required).
• Outputs:
  • One solenoid valve output per tank for air supply control.
  • One output per tank for an electro-pneumatic valve to prevent overfill.
  • One output for a workshop air solenoid valve to stop air supply to pumps when closed.
  • One output per tank for a flash warning light or acoustic alarm.
• Power Supply: Requires 110-240 V AC.

Requirements

• Power: 110-240 V AC supply.
• Connection: Requires U·dat, U·valve, or an adjacent U·meter. A 24 V DC solenoid valve is necessary.
• Limitations: Digital probes do not support real-time inventory monitoring. A declining balance method is used, with manual inventory adjustments needed when tanks are refilled.
