Warranty Policy

Penry Air does not manufacture any products listed on the site. All warranties are covered and dependent upon each manufacturer. Contact our support team to initiate a claim. There are necessary steps and procedures to follow when filing for a claim. Many manufacturers may have servicing maintenance requirements on equipment to qualify the product for warranty.

 

The warranty period is as stated in the product’s specific revision owner’s manual. Warranty service work must be approved by Penry Air prior to initiating said service. Please click here to contact us for both approval and/or service referral options. Penry Air can request pictures or additional information of the product prior to completing any warranty repairs.

Warranty does not cover, but is not limited to the below situations.

  • Misuse of merchandise
  • Incorrect installation
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Incorrect start-up procedure
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Outside of warranty time frame
  • Damage not caused by manufacturer or CAWUSA
