Cancelling Or Changing Your Order Policy
At Penry Air, we are committed to delivering top-quality compressed air equipment and parts to our customers. We understand that circumstances may require changes to or cancellation of orders. To accommodate these needs while managing our costs, we have implemented the following policy:
1. Notification Period
- Cancellations or Changes Before Shipment: You may cancel or change your order without any fees within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, a cancellation or change fee will be incurred.
- Cancellations or Changes After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Refusing delivery will result in charges for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
2. Fees
- Cancellation/Change Fee: A fee of 25% of the total order amount will be charged for any cancellations or changes made after the initial 24-hour window. This fee covers the costs associated with the processing and preparation of your order.
3. Process for Cancelling or Changing an Order
- To request a cancellation or change, please contact our customer service immediately at sales@penryair.com or (877) 388-4111. Please provide your order number and the specific details of your request.
- Our customer service team will assess the status of your order and determine if the requested changes or cancellation can be accommodated.
- If approved, we will apply the 25% fee and adjust your order total accordingly. Any refunds or additional charges will be processed based on the nature of the change.
4. Exceptions
- Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances of product defects or if an incorrect item was shipped. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation or change fees.
5. Acknowledgment
- By placing an order with Penry Air, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation and changing order policy. We encourage you to review your order details thoroughly at the time of placement.
