Shipping Policy

Penry Air offers two shipping methods based on item size and order value: Parcel Shipping and LTL Freight Shipping.

 

Shipping Methods

1. Small Parcel Shipping (UPS)

  • Used for smaller items and parts.

  • Shipped via UPS.

  • Processing Time: Items generally leave our dock within 1–3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Varies by location.

  • Signature: Not required, but UPS drivers may request one at their discretion.

2. LTL Freight Shipping (Truck Delivery)

  • Used for larger or oversized items.

  • Delivered via freight truck with curbside service.

  • Transit Time: Typically takes 1–2 weeks from the ship date.

  • The driver will unload at the curb; you are responsible for moving the items to your desired location. No assistance is provided.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $500, excluding LTL Freight shipments.

  • Orders under $500 will incur a flat shipping fee of $35, unless they require LTL Freight (in which case, freight rates apply).

  • LTL Freight Charges are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and shipping destination.

 

Expedited Shipping

  • Available for select products only.

  • LTL Freight shipments cannot be expedited.

Shipping Surcharges & Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Heavy, oversized, or fragile items

  • Deliveries requiring a liftgate

  • Residential deliveries

  • Address changes or incorrect shipping addresses

Some manufacturers may impose non-waivable surcharges. These will be displayed on the product page and added at checkout.

 

Tracking & Lead Times

  • Product pages display estimated availability and shipping times.

  •  

     After placing your order, you will receive:

    • A confirmation email with the expected ship date within 24–48 hours.

    • A shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking information once the order ships.

  • Credit holds or payment issues may delay lead times.

 

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are estimates and depend on manufacturer acceptance and product availability.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Weather, strikes, accidents, or events outside our control

    • Government regulations or policies

     

  • Upon delivery:

    • All shipments must be inspected within 3 business days.

    • Freight items should be inspected upon arrival.

    • If packages are damaged or incomplete, the purchaser must file a claim directly with the carrier.

     

  • All items ship F.O.B. (Free On Board) from the factory.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • International destinations

  • P.O. Boxes

Alaska Deliveries: Allow 3–4 weeks minimum for transit.

 

International Orders

Penry Air does not ship internationally by default.
