Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders over $100
A flat shipping fee of $20 is applied to any orders less than $99.
There are two delivery methods
Production and processing time are not calculated in the lead times below. The estimates only refer to the transit time.
- Small parcel items ship via UPS and generally leave the doc within 1-3 business days. No signature required. Some UPS drivers may choose to get signature without warning.
- Larger freight items ship via truck with curbside service and generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive. The truck driver will pull up to the curb in front of your location and drop off your order. It is up to you to move item(s) to the desired space. No assistance will be provided.
- Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping is available for some products, but not all. Please contact the Penry Air support team at 877-388-4111 to get cost calculation.
- Freight items cannot be expedited.
- Shipping Surcharges Additional Fees
- Shipping surcharge may be applicable to orders with heavy, over-sized or fragile items. Wrong address, change address, liftgate needed, residential deliveries may incur additional charges. Some manufacturers also require a shipping surcharge that cannot be waived. If an item has a supplemental shipping charge, it will be shown on the item's product page and the cost will be added to your order at checkout
Lead times & Tracking
- Each product has a general availability message on our website, indicating the expected ship time.
- After your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming the expected ship date within 24-48 hours.
- You will receive an email from us with specific carrier and tracking information once your order ships.
- Credit holds can extend lead times.

Deliveries
Deliveries are approximate and will be computed from date of acceptance of order by the manufacturer and receipt of all necessary information from the purchaser. Deliveries are also subject to the following:
- Prior sales and confirmation at time of order acceptance.
- Delays caused by strikes, fires, accidents, weather conditions, or other factors not within our reasonable control.
- Any changes that may be caused by procedures or priorities set up by the US Government.
- All boxes/deliveries shall be inspected by purchaser within 3 business days of receipt. Freight deliveries should be inspected at the time of arrival. Penry Air cannot be responsible for any damaged goods if failure to inspect packages as stated above occurs. Purchaser is responsible for any damage claims with shipper. Items are shipped f.o.b. factory.
